Building Healthy was a podcast I created, produced, and hosted to help position Oxygen8 as a thought leader in the industry.

I handled everything from concept through to execution, including designing the logo and visual identity, booking guests, researching topics, and shaping each conversation. A big part of the process was developing questions that would help guests break down complex ideas in a way that felt clear and accessible to listeners.

To extend the reach, I also created video content for social media, including building and facility tours when relevant, giving audiences a more tangible look at the topics being discussed.

The result was a platform that elevated the brand’s visibility while creating genuinely valuable conversations around health, air quality, and the built environment.
